ARGUMENT 1 Roads were damaged everywhere, heavy rains hampered transportation. Some roads are waterlogged, flooding is very high, people find it difficult to carry out daily activities. Schools were closed, employees worked at home. Even very high dams were unable to withstand the heavy rains, resulting in flooding.
